Congratulations, Jen and Doug! Baby Brayden Thomas arrived this afternoon at 2:22pm about 6 days late. He was 8 lbs, 4 oz. I was able to visit with him this evening after leaving work early and racing to the hospital before I had to pick up Madelyn from her girls' program. He's VERY cute!! Has a tiny bit of light brown hair that almost looks like it might be curly. He looks a TON like Doug! I can't wait to get him to giggle in a few months to see if he laughs the same way his daddy does! (Lots of shoulder movement, very little sound, but big smile!).
Jennifer looks great and seemed to have a lot of energy for someone who's had such a busy day! Doug on the other hand....... no I'm kidding, he looked great too!
Well, with so many little girlies on both sides of the Jonker/Wagensveld family it will be nice to have a little boy around! Congratulations again Jen and Doug! And welcome to our world, little Brayden.
